We want you to stay cozy and satisfied with your Heat Holders purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
